Role Overview

We are expanding our Luxembourg office and are seeking a highly autonomous and ambitious professional to join us.
This role is central to building the foundations of the Luxembourg presence and will work under leadership located abroad.

The position focuses on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and AML oversight for a portfolio of Luxembourg entities. The role is currently not client-facing, but works closely with client-facing teams in other KENDRIS offices.

The successful candidate will play a key role in setting standards, implementing processes, and supporting the future growth of the Luxembourg office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure best-practice corporate governance, AML, and regulatory compliance for a portfolio of Luxembourg entities, in coordination with client-facing teams abroad.
• Act as the primary point of contact with Luxembourg authorities, including the CSSF and other relevant regulators, for both the Luxembourg office and the client entity portfolio.
• Manage banking-related matters and KYC requests in relation to Luxembourg entities.
• Handle registrations, filings, reporting, and certificate requests with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register (RCS) for client entities and KENDRIS Luxembourg.
• Support the set-up, documentation, and ongoing maintenance of internal office administration and AML processes for KENDRIS Luxembourg.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of internal policies, procedures, and standards, with a view to scalability as the office grows.
• Monitor and assess regulatory, legal, and industry developments relevant to Luxembourg corporate services and ensure timely implementation.
• Assist with the organisation of visits and travel of KENDRIS group delegations to Luxembourg.
• Identify compliance and operational risks and proactively propose solutions.

 

Professional experience:

Several years of professional experience in a Corporate Service Provider, Family Office or Trust Office.

 

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration or related field

STEP qualification will be considered as an advantage

 

IT Knowledge:

Very Good IT user knowledge (MS Office/Power Point/Excel)

 

Language:

Fluent in English and French (for the purpose of reporting and legislation)

Scandinavian languages will be considered an advantage.
