About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking a commercially driven, highly organized, and relationship-oriented Sales Executive to support the continued growth of a leadership development programme serving professionals and managers across multiple industries.
This role is ideal for an individual who is confident in generating leads, managing a sales pipeline, building relationships, and converting prospects into enrolled participants. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving cohort enrollment and supporting the overall growth of the programme.
The ideal candidate is disciplined, proactive, commercially minded, and capable of operating independently within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Business Development
• Identify and engage prospective participants and corporate clients through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and relationship building
• Proactively contact companies and organizations to introduce leadership development solutions and enrollment opportunities
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for upcoming programme cohorts
• Develop and nurture relationships with HR professionals, managers, business owners, and decision-makers
Sales & Enrollment
• Conduct consultations and enrollment conversations with prospective participants
• Understand client and participant needs and position programme offerings effectively
• Follow up consistently with leads to drive conversions and maximize enrollment numbers
• Achieve and exceed enrollment targets for each cohort
• Maintain strong communication throughout the sales process from initial contact to enrollment confirmation
Pipeline & Process Management
• Track all leads, conversations, follow-ups, and enrollment activity accurately
• Maintain visibility of where prospects are within the sales pipeline at all times
• Ensure timely follow-up and consistent movement of leads through the enrollment process
• Provide regular updates and reporting on pipeline activity, conversions, and sales performance
Collaboration & Growth Support
• Work closely with programme leadership to align sales activities with cohort timelines and business goals
• Provide market feedback and insights on participant trends and opportunities
• Contribute ideas to improve enrollment processes and participant acquisition strategies
Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in sales, business development, client relationship management, or consultative selling
• Proven ability to generate leads and close business independently
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and maintaining organized follow-up systems
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools is an asset
• Experience selling training programmes, professional services, coaching, or B2B solutions would be highly advantageous

Compensation Structure
• Base Salary: JMD $250,000 per month
• Performance-based commission structure tied to enrollment targets and cohort performance
