Enterprise Job Description:
This job is responsible for performing more complex analysis and modeling to minimize fraud loss exposure and negative impacts to the customer experience. Key responsibilities include utilizing a variety of systems, such as Excel, SAS, SQL, Tableau, and other relational data bases, to provide analytical support on strategies, ensure goals are met, and propose policy/procedural changes within segmentation structures to produce optimal results. Job expectations include evaluating data to assess potential fraud risk and creating mitigation strategies.
This role is responsible for evaluating fraud risk and supporting the design and implementation of fraud prevention and detection controls for new products, capabilities, and strategic initiatives. Working closely with cross-functional partners, this role conducts impact assessments, develops requirements, supports solution design, and helps ensure organizational readiness for implementation. The successful candidate combines fraud risk expertise, analytical thinking, and strong partnership skills to deliver solutions that strengthen fraud controls while supporting business objectives and client experience.
Responsibilities:
- Performs complex analysis of financial models, market data, financial data, and portfolio trends to understand product performance and improve portfolio risk, profitability, performance forecasting, and operational performance
- Evaluates data to assess potential fraud risk and creating mitigation strategies
- Proposes policy/procedural changes within segmentation structures to produce optimal results
- Recommends ways to help the business achieve desired outcomes and make informed business decisions using data analysis outputs
- Leads the coordination of the production of product performance reports and updates for senior management
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to work across organizational lines to drive results
- Ability to communicate and influence effectively at executive levels both verbal and written form
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills (ability to frame a complex problem, evaluate options, and develop a plan to address)
- Strong PowerPoint knowledge with ability to translate data into a story
Desired Qualifications:
- Proven track record of being able to drive projects from idea to execution
- Fraud, or other related risk fields experience
- Leading strategy or initiative development
- Strategy development or consulting experience
- Working knowledge of Consumer and Small Business Products
