As a Security Officer Full Time Reception Credentialing in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Officer at a financial institution location, you will provide a welcoming presence, monitor access, support security-related procedures, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. You will help maintain a professional environment while responding to visitor needs and reporting concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and/or guests at a financial institution reception area while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor logs in accordance with site requirements.
• Monitor access points, receive and direct incoming calls, and provide clear directions or assistance to authorized personnel and visitors.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
• Maintain awareness of activity at the front desk and promptly report unusual activity, access concerns, and/or security-related incidents to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least six months of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Possess a DD214 with an honorable discharge, an associate degree, 60 college credits, a police academy certificate, or a corrections academy certificate.
• An armed guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
