GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
This team member is primarily responsible for employee engagement initiatives including, but not limited to, coordination and management of the intranet, coordinating and deploying observances, celebrations and engagement activities, and providing support for overall marketing, communication and health promotion strategies to enhance the mission of Terry Reilly.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
The following minimum qualifications are required for this position. All required education, licensure, certifications, registrations, and other job specific credentials must be obtained and successfully verified prior to the employee's start date.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing (PR, Communications, Health Promotion, or related field) + 1 year of experience
OR
3 years of experience in marketing, communications, healthcare administration, or a related field in lieu of degree
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Adobe InDesign (other design suite)
- Experience using website and social media platforms to update content
- Project management
