The Operations & Business Systems Co-op will support the Business Systems team through execution of smaller scale Business Systems projects and completion of tasks related to large scale Business Systems projects. The Business Systems team supports the execution and continuous improvement of operational processes and ERP-supported business systems.
The tasks/projects performed by this individual will typically be monitored or managed by a Business Systems Analyst.

Responsibilities
Specific responsibilities will be project based. Responsibilities throughout the co-op term may include the following:
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from cross-functional stakeholders
- Develop and maintain documentation of operational processes and procedures
- Support ERP master data improvement efforts, including gathering and maintaining information and images to enhance part records
- Support operational and continuous improvement initiatives, including warehouse process improvements
- Support Business Systems Analysts with project activities, process analysis, testing, and other operational support
Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Enrolled in a relevant degree program in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related engineering or business discipline.
Candidates should have an interest in manufacturing operations, process improvement, and the use of enterprise systems to support and improve business processes.
Physical Demands
Office-based work with exposure to manufacturing and warehousing environments
Compensation
- The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
