The Day to Day:
You will be responsible for the delivery of administrative support for HR and Payroll related activities including:
- Facilitating effective HR related processes enabling employee lifecycle management within the Workday HRIS including maintain accurate employee records
- Preparation and distribution of employment documentation (forms, contracts and letters).
- Coordination of administrative HR processes (eg. Employee data maintenance, service awards, and reporting).
- Triaging and responding to employee enquiries.
- Escalate complex payroll, employee relations, or policy-related matters to senior HR or payroll team members.
- Support ad-hoc HR enquiries and projects.
The Essentials:
- Experienced in an administrative role, with a basic understanding of HR administration or payroll processes.
- Organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Discreet and able to handle confidential employee information appropriately.
- A strong team player with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
- A fast and agile learner, able to manage competing priorities.
- Values-based and customer-focused by nature.
- A clear communicator both written and verbal.
- Comfortable operating flexibly and autonomously at times.
- Comfortable using HR systems, payroll systems, spreadsheets, and standard office tools.
- Flexible and keen to lend a hand across the broader HR team.
