Major Responsibilities:

• "Ensure WO are updated with appropriate level of information before closure.
• Ensure all WO's are completed & closed in the allocated timeframe."
• Actively ensuring employees provide CSAT feedback and work for betterment.
• All compliance & required documentation is updated & uploaded as required
  Vendor meetings are completed timely 
• Site specific floorwalks carried out to identify faults/areas requiring improvement
• Ensure the Ericsson Stakeholder Dashboard is updated timely.
• "Assist in Gensuite items completed & support documentation uploaded to system.
•  PM items aligned with Gensuite & PM Calendar"
• Risks identified & added as soon as identified. Continual reporting & active updating & closing of risks where possible.
•  Support in Audits  and full cooperation provided where requested during the audit & review process.
• All incidents reported & escalated.
•  Toolbox talks had for all works & relavant permit to work & SWMs completed with all contractors permforming works on site.
• Would support in  ensuring that consumables and the expenses of site are within/below budget.
• Would coordinate & support in ensuring that the CCN's are prepared
  Would ensure that all Purchase orders are in system and up to date,
  Ensure that the Invoices are received and processed within 20 days
  Support for the RNR and non-controllable tasks as per budget allocated
