We are seeking a customer-focused Equipment & Software Specialist to join our team in the Textile Care Technical Services Division. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and support to our industrial laundries customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing service of dosing systems and water & energy equipment, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our devices and services.

What You Will Do:

  • The geographical scope of the role covers territory of Poland.
  • The position is fully remote but requires approximately 80% availability for customer visits.
  • Follow the safety topics communicated by Local Engineering Coordinator.
  • Support the maintenance strategy for Water and Energy W&E Equipment as well for dosing equipment.
  • Second level support in case of W&E issues. If not solvable to take it one level up.
  • Acting as a local engineering hotline.
  • Time planning management for enVision installations with Territory Managers and enVision Champions.
  • Independent WPI set up and installation (no external support provided).
  • Support the Ecolab strategy by improving the ECOLAB equipment.
  • Modifications to increase the reliability of our equipment.
  • Emergency visit coordination (second level support).
  • Service ticket created by TM in case issue could not be solved by TM ¢ To be organized (trigger external supplier etc.), by the designated engineer to solve the issue
  • Key player for knowhow transfers to install and startup Ecolab TCD and W&E equipment installation by external suppliers within a project 

What You Will Need:

  • Mechanical and/or electrical educational background (high school diploma or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in project handling (controlling internal and external resources).
  • Strong customer service skills related to given Engineering targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
  • Fluency in English and Polish.
  • Driving license B cat.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 80% of working time)
