Credit Loan Digitizer

SUMMARY: They shall perform all duties that pertain to the Credit Loan Program. Assist with filing and digitalizing all credit loan documents.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and/or RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

• Organize and sort all loan applications and payroll deduction forms by individuals.
• Prepare documents for scanning by removing staples, paperclips, or cleaning fragile archiving materials.
• Convert all paper documents into digital form and save to USB.
• Maintain and troubleshoot scanners and computer/laptop to ensure proper functionality.
• Must follow the directives given by the Credit Director.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Prior experience in digitization or data conversion is preferred.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:

• Ability and skill to perform work in a detailed, accurate, timely, efficient and confidential manner.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Must have computer skills and knowledge of operating scanner, or related software.
• Excellent organizational skills, time management and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Must keep all information pertaining to credit loan accounts in strict confidentiality.
• Exceptional customer service skills and working with the public.

• Must be able to list 10+ pounds.
