This job is responsible for managing the delivery and health of digital capabilities or processes. Key responsibilities include supporting digital operations including translating business requirements into digital requirements and acceptance criteria, analyzing key performance indicators, product risks and controls, guaranteeing quality through business acceptance testing, and ensuring successful go-to-market. Job expectations include leveraging subject matter expertise and digital acumen to define and deliver solutions that solve business problems.
This job is also responsible for driving client adoption, activation, and utilization of digital capabilities across Business Banking, Global Commercial Banking, and related client-facing organizations. The role is designed for a resourceful, hands-on contributor who can translate defined business priorities into practical sales enablement, activation, and engagement support that helps deliver measurable results. Key responsibilities include leading client adoption campaigns, executing sales enablement strategies, creating scalable tools and resources, identifying and removing adoption barriers, analyzing performance metrics, and partnering across product, technology, sales, and operations teams to help clients realize greater value from existing digital solutions.
This position is part of the Commercial Digital Strategy team and focuses on accelerating client adoption of digital capabilities by equipping sales teams with the insights, processes, content, and resources needed to effectively position, activate, and expand digital engagement. The role serves as a bridge between digital capability owners and client-facing teams, ensuring that technology investments translate into meaningful client outcomes and business results. The successful candidate will work across the organization (Business Banking, Global Commercial Banking, GPS, Enterprise Credit, Technology, Operations, CashPro, Digital Delivery, Marketing, and related teams) to identify opportunities, close adoption gaps, and drive measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Supports delivery of world-class software solutions within time, scope, and budget to provide an enhanced digital experience to clients
- Contributes towards operational routines, the day-to-day health of digital capabilities, resolution of defects, routing of complaints, and performance metrics results
- Conducts project planning, sprint, and release planning and contributes to the execution of the program vision and roadmap
- Performs analysis to capture and report key performance indicators and return on investment of products
- Creates presentations and written materials and communicates in an effective and engaging manner to enhance project outcomes
- Builds and maintains relationships across stakeholders and partners in order to effectively navigate the bank, ensure successful delivery of assigned work, and secure ongoing support for owned features
- Leverages knowledge of the business to make informed decisions at every stage of the product development and sustainment lifecycle
- Develop and execute digital adoption and sales enablement initiatives that increase client utilization of existing digital capabilities and platforms.
- Create scalable playbooks, training materials, adoption frameworks, and best practices that support relationship managers and other client-facing associates.
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, Technology, Operations, Marketing, and Digital teams to ensure successful adoption of strategic digital capabilities.
- Identify opportunities throughout the client lifecycle to improve activation, engagement, and long-term utilization of digital tools and services.
- Support the development of success metrics, scorecards, and reporting that demonstrate the impact of adoption initiatives and digital investments.
- Gather feedback from sales teams, clients, and business partners to identify adoption barriers and inform prioritization of future enhancements.
- Create presentations, business cases, and executive communications to share insights, recommendations, and progress against strategic objectives.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships across stakeholders to influence priorities, align efforts, and execute initiatives that enhance digital adoption and sales effectiveness.
- Independently lead multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously, driving projects from concept through execution with limited oversight.
- Track and report adoption, activation, utilization, and engagement outcomes, ensuring initiatives are accountable to measurable business results.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives that simplify client journeys, improve sales readiness, and increase realization of value from digital investments.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in digital strategy, sales enablement, commercial banking, business transformation, product management, client experience, consulting, or related disciplines.
- Experience working cross-functionally within large organizations to drive strategic initiatives and business outcomes.
- Demonstrated success driving adoption, utilization, activation, or change initiatives with measurable business results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to senior leaders and influence partners across organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to operate independently, influence without authority, and lead complex initiatives with minimal oversight.
- Strong understanding of Business Banking, Commercial Banking, treasury/payment solutions, digital platforms, or related financial services capabilities.
- Self-starter with intellectual curiosity, sound judgment, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience within Business Banking, Global Commercial Banking, Global Payment Solutions, or comparable business and commercial banking organizations.
- Experience supporting digital product adoption, sales enablement, client activation, or customer success programs.
- Familiarity with digital channels, onboarding, servicing, or client engagement platforms.
- Experience developing training materials, playbooks, process documentation, or adoption frameworks.
- Experience developing and executing adoption campaigns and sales enablement programs that drive measurable utilization outcomes.
- Experience leveraging data and performance metrics to drive business decisions.
- Familiarity with client-facing digital platforms/tools (CashPro, BA360, DocuSign) and employee applications (Salesforce, OBA, GDX).
- Agile or project management experience preferred.
