Job Description:

We’re looking for a Business Intelligence and Reporting Analyst – 12 Month Contract. This position is responsible for reporting and analysis for the Human Resources department and key collaborators, using data sources and technologies to inform and support opportunities, risks, and trends across TJX Canada. In this highly visible role, you’ll transform data into meaningful insights that help shape workforce strategies, influence key business decisions, and drive organizational success. You'll enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, working with modern reporting tools, and having the opportunity to make a measurable impact while growing your analytical, technical, and business partnering skills within a dynamic and supportive environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Develops, builds and generates, and maintain department reports and dashboards to support business requirements and evolving priorities.
• Extracts, validates and organizes data in various formats across several sources; translate into consumable data to drive reporting and data driven decisions.
• Researches and identifies opportunities to improve process efficiencies and deliver enhanced business intelligence through reporting, including business intelligence solutions.
• Provides analytical support including building recommendations based on reporting where appropriate based on reporting results and trends.

About You:

• Minimum two (2) experience in data analytics and reporting.
• Demonstrated business reporting skills with ability to understand quantitative statistical data.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modelling and dashboard development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including compiling large volume of data from multiple systems and converting the data into meaningful information.

Salary Range: $ 61,582.50-$86,215.50 /year *This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
