RenaissanceRe is seeking internship candidates for the Summer of 2027 across various functions.
This will be a 10-week program that will require you to complete skills-based projects, shadow department leads and take part in corporate initiatives.
For the 2026 Summer Internship, RenaissanceRe hosted 35 interns within multiple departments (Actuarial, Claims, Client Analytics, Human Resources, Strategic Investments, Legal, Operations, Underwriting & Technology) across different offices (New York, Bermuda, Dublin & London).
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $32.00 in the New York City office.
Important: To be eligible for this Summer Internship opportunity, you must be in your penultimate year of university and planning to graduate in 2028.
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
Strong analytical and research skills
Works well within a collaborative environment
Proficiency in Excel, or willingness to learn
Strong work ethic with Focus, Respect, Integrity, Passion, and Precision
