Success will be measured through tangible outcomes, value delivered, and the maturity of execution rigor established across the BTC

- Provide leadership and direction to Project Delivery Managers in executing strategy as well as transformation projects
- Ensure robust cost and budgetary control of both overhead costs as well as costs of transformation projects.

- Maintain the master portfolio view: scope, milestones, RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), budget burn, benefit tracking and resourcing
- Standardise TMO templates, governance gates, escalation protocols and stage-gate reviews across the portfolio
- Build a 'single source of truth' dashboard suite (executive summary, deep-dive, financial view) refreshed on a well-adapted cadence
- Curate insights for the BTC Head's reviews with the global executive team, board updates and other leadership forums
- Stand up and maintain structured data repositories for the transformation and TMO portfolio - artefacts, status reports, dashboards, contracts, governance minutes
- Define and implement rigour around version control, document hygiene, retention and audit trails.
- Implement role-based access management with least-privilege principles; conduct periodic access reviews and revocations.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise data, security and confidentiality policies (especially for sensitive financials, headcount and client-impacting data).
