An exciting opportunity exists to join a leading organisation as a Digital Marketing Manager, where they will take ownership of the full digital performance function across multiple divisions. Recruiting on behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional digital results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple business divisions.
- Manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, display and other digital platforms, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Drive innovative digital initiatives that enhance online performance and customer engagement.
- Oversee multiple websites, ensuring exceptional user experience, SEO performance, content management and continuous optimisation.
- Lead social media strategy, content planning and online community engagement.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, marketing automation initiatives and CRM engagement strategies.
- Monitor, analyse and report on digital performance metrics, including traffic, conversions, CPA and ROI, using insights to optimise campaigns.
- Protect and enhance the organisation's online reputation while ensuring all digital platforms remain aligned with brand standards.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to maximise the impact of integrated campaigns across all digital channels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in digital and performance marketing.
- Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads and programmatic advertising.
- Strong experience in SEO, conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and website management.
- Proven expertise in marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Solid understanding of full-funnel digital marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical ability with a commercial mindset and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and digital platforms simultaneously.
- A collaborative, proactive individual who performs well under pressure and enjoys working across cross-functional teams.
