Sr. Corporate Strategy Manager

Position Summary

The Senior Corprate Strategy Manager will play a critical role in driving the corporate strategy formulation and implementation as well as supporting corporate level initiatives for Carl Zeiss Greater China. He or she will take lead of content development and process management in multiple strategic and operational projects across different SBUs in ZEISS Greater China.

Main Tasks

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver best-in-class strategic plans across SBUs and Business Supporting Functions
• Lead a broad range of cross-SBU and cross-functional strategic topics as both content and process owner with end-to-end responsibility
• Drive multiple types of market research and develop market insights and share implications with executive management in both China and HQ
• Propose, lead or monitor cross-functional key strategic or operational projects as project management office
• Content and process leader of regular management report and meetings
• Perform other duties as required

Education

• Master’s degree or above in Business Administration and/or other relevant fields.
• Acdemic background in ZEISS-relevant industries is a a plus

Experience

• 8-12 years of experience in leading management consulting firms plus corporate strategy roles
• Excellent strategic planning skills with proven track record of developing comprehensive strategies.
• Experienced in market research and market insights generation
• Previous interface with corporate executives is preferred.
• Previous experiences and know-how in AI area is preferred
• Industry experience of healthcare or industrial products is preferred.

• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel (including but not limited to modeling)
• Excellence in written and verbal communication of both Chinese and English.
• Analytic, has solid experience in market research
• Open-minded, strong willingness and capability to communicate internally and externally
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, MS365 and MS Teams (including but not limited to modeling)
