Key Responsibilities

Talent Development Program Support

• Support talent development program initiatives.
• Create engaging communication materials, such as emails, posters, newsletters and digital content.
• Manage communication channels to increase employee awareness and participation in development programs.

Project Coordination & Event Management

• Support coordination of talent development projects and learning activities.
• Organize sessions, events and road show.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Track project timelines, participant registration, attendance, and feedback collection.

Administrative Support

• Manage project documents, meeting schedules, and communication records.
• Assist in preparing project updates.
• Provide general support to the HRBP and Talent Development team as needed.
