The Job
- Prepare and maintain regular sales performance reports for RM, call centre and other Direct channels, providing timely business insights to channel heads and senior management.
- Perform business analysis and deliver ad-hoc analytical studies, performance tracking and statistical reporting to support management decision-making.
- Support sales payroll, commission, incentive and compensation administration for call centre, ensuring accuracy, compliance and adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the review, enhancement and implementation of sales compensation schemes, incentive programs and commission structures.
- Monitor campaign and incentive scheme performance, prepare post-campaign analysis and provide recommendations to improve business effectiveness and productivity.
- Maintain call centre operation records and support team administration activities, including attendance, leave records, staff movement and personnel information updates.
- Undertake ad hoc projects and assignments to support business growth and operational excellence.
The Person
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics or related disciplines.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in insurance, financial services, sales planning, distribution support, business analysis or compensation administration.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel including vlookup, pivot table and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI or data visualization tools is an advantage.
- Strong numerical sense with high attention to detail, accuracy and data integrity.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
