Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Backfill to the National Customer Service Manager when required.
- Assist with the supervision of the team’s daily tasks and support the timely resolution of customer issues.
- Proactively inform internal stakeholders when customer issues arise ahead of escalation.
- Continually develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure these are always up to date.
- Lead the training of new Team Members to drive consistency.
- Manage the Customer Service stream in any system and process upgrade/improvement project in the business.
- Support operations team through distribution of service management reports.
Qualifications
About you:
- Effective negotiation and communications across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to drive outcomes through cross-functional teams
- Experience in IT projects eg. Implementations and Upgrades
- Experience working in with SAP ECC
- Proficient in Excel, Power Point, Word
- Sound interpersonal written and verbal communication at all levels within the business
