Description -

Job Summary

As a Creative Strategy Lead within Worldwide Consumer Print Marketing, you are responsible for developing and executing customer-centric creative strategies that translate product value propositions into compelling, high-impact marketing content.

You own the end-to-end creative strategy and execution for key assets, ensuring all content aligns with business objectives and resonates with target audiences across channels. A core part of this role is understanding and improving creative performance—leveraging data, insights, and a test-and-learn approach to continuously optimize content and drive stronger campaign outcomes.

You collaborate closely with Product Marketing, local Marketing Teams, and agency partners to deliver cohesive cross-channel campaigns. As an individual contributor, you lead through influence by managing stakeholders, guiding agencies, and driving alignment to ensure high-quality work is delivered on time.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of hp.com, video, and photography content for new product introductions (NPI), ensuring alignment with product positioning and broader marketing strategy.
  • Provide strategic and creative direction to ensure all content reflects the brand platform, maintains consistency, and delivers high-quality storytelling across channels.
  • Translate brand and marketing strategies into cohesive, multi-channel content frameworks that support the customer journey across digital, social, and retail touchpoints.
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing and regional teams to ensure content aligns with business priorities and market needs.
  • Own content timelines, trackers, and workflows, ensuring clear milestones, efficient processes, and on-time delivery across all assets.
  • Manage asset review cycles, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and leadership through structured checkpoints and clear communication.
  • Develop and implement test-and-learn plans to continuously improve content performance, inform future creative development, and elevate storytelling effectiveness.
  • Partner with NPI leadership to manage budgets, identify efficiencies, and support RFP processes to deliver high-quality content cost-effectively
  • Manage external agency relationships, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment that delivers best-in-class creative work.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams throughout the NPI process, incorporating feedback, sharing updates, and ensuring content relevance across markets.
  • Leverage content and performance data to extract insights, optimize future executions, and strengthen overall content strategy.
