Your Role:
In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's global treasury strategy, ensuring optimal liquidity, capital structure, funding, financial risk management, banking relationships, and treasury operations across all regions.You will serve as a key strategic partner to the CFO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board of Directors, ensuring the organization maintains financial flexibility, sufficient liquidity, strong financial controls, and effective risk mitigation while supporting growth, M&A activity, and global operations.
You will lead all treasury-related activities, including cash management, debt and equity financing, foreign exchange risk management, interest rate risk management, banking relations, working capital optimization, and treasury governance.
Your Profile:
In that role, you will
Develop and implement the global treasury strategy, lead the treasury team, Advise the CFO and Executive Leadership Team on capital allocation, liquidity management, financing alternatives, and treasury risks.
Lead Liquidity & Cash Management, including global cash forecasting and liquidity planning and optimization
Drive Capital Structure & Financing: Developing and executing funding strategies supporting corporate objectives, Managing debt portfolio, revolving credit facilities, term loans, and other financing arrangements, Leading financing transactions, refinancing activities, and capital market initiatives, Supporting M&A transactions, divestitures, and corporate restructuring activities.
Manage Financial Risks: Establishing and overseeing global risk management programs (Foreign exchange (FX), interest rate, counterparty, commodity, liquidity), Implementing hedging strategies, Monitoring market developments and assessing financial exposure.
Manage global banking relationships and negotiate banking agreements. Coordinate with rating agencies, lenders, investors, and external advisors where applicable.
Ensure efficient treasury operations and cash management processes, Maintaining strong internal controls and compliance with applicable regulations, Overseeing treasury systems and technology platforms.
Support Corporate Finance & Strategic projects, including participating in capital investment decisions and business case reviews.
You bring:
Relevant education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree (MBA, Finance, Economics) preferred. Professional treasury qualifications (CTP, ACT, CFA, CAIA, or equivalent) desirable.
Extensive treasury and corporate finance experience, you have previous experience in accounting and/or tax.
Significant experience leading treasury functions within a multinational organization.
Demonstrated impact through cash flow planning and management, capital structure optimization, hedging strategies
Experience managing global liquidity, financing, and financial risk management programs.
Strong exposure to capital markets, debt financing, and banking negotiations.
Experience supporting M&A, integration, and international expansion activities.
Prior leadership experience managing global teams.
Strong knowledge and usage of treasury systems and technology
Solid business acumen, Ability to manage various stakeholders
