Description
As CFM you are fully responsible for the delivery of Service and Maintenance activities to dedicated UK Nuclear Customers. This means you will adopt a professional Nuclear Safety Culture and work closely with all supporting functions needed for such deliveries.
You are the customer interface, and you are responsible for safe, on-time, high quality and profitable deliveries to dedicated customers. You are also responsible for continuous improvement of customer relations. As part of the Event Management Team, you will work with supporting functions such as Field services, Engineering, Sourcing, Parts, Factories etc. to coordinate and run day to day operations as well as deliver planned events and equipment to customer sites.
You will report on Financial, Safety, Quality and other KPI’s to the Customer Service Leader for the UK Nuclear Market. Your in-depth involvement covers the Enquiry stage and all successive steps up to final Remittance.
ROLE:
- Supporting the sales team in Forecasting future opportunities from your customer sites.
- Providing inputs to the commercial team in developing proposals to your customers.
- Facilitate order management and project setup into internal systems.
- Manage the delegated CSL tasks/portion of the Outage end to end process during the planning and execution phase as well as the close out and experience feedback phase.
- Support with both local onshore and offshore portions of your project scope.
- Act as the single point of contact to dedicated customers for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns covering a variety of support services offered.
- Support financial forecasting, billing and collection activities. Key contact for customer inquiries, customer complaint (issue) resolution process.
- Detailed and thorough cost management and forecasting that support claims and variations from customers.
- Work with other functions such as Field services, Engineering, Sourcing, Parts, Factories etc. to understand and communicate commitments and status to customers.
- Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated maintenance processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking.
- Use multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Engineering degree/diploma or Project Management certification with technical experience.
- 3-5 years of project management experience.
- Experience in the Power Services or Heavy Engineering industry.
- Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Ability to lead projects, influence stakeholders, and drive results.
- Sales management experience and commercial awareness are advantageous.
