Human Resources Business Partner

France-Paris-Hybrid

As a strategic HR Business Partner for France, with potential responsibility for supporting the Benelux region, you will partner with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and business growth. In addition to providing strategic HR guidance, you will leverage your knowledge of HR operations, administration, payroll, and employee lifecycle processes to ensure a consistent and high-quality employee experience across the region.

 

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Demonstrated & comprehensive experience as a Human Resources Business Partner in the technology industry or supporting a technical customer base
• 5 years of professional human resources experience involving client support in the following areas: employee relations, recruitment, compensation, policy interpretation, change management activities, management training, and performance management
• Experience influencing senior leadership and building trust with employees and management teams
• Can draw from extensive HR related experiences to develop and recommend action plans, guide managers through appropriate protocol and lead new initiatives
• Solid understanding of HR Operations, HR Administration, Payroll processes, and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience working across both strategic HR Business Partnering and operational HR activities within a multinational environment.

Additional Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of French labor law and HR practices; familiarity with Benelux employment regulations is a strong asset.
• Ability to balance strategic business partnering responsibilities with hands-on operational HR support when required.
• Experience collaborating with Payroll, HR Operations, and Shared Services teams to deliver a seamless employee experience.
• Strong customer service orientation, creative problem solving, interpersonal and diplomacy skills
• Ability to respond appropriately in a fluid environment and to maintain flexibility when strategies change
• Strong business acumen with the ability to participate in and contribute to various business decisions
• Ability to operate as a team player juggling multiple priorities while employing strong consultative and influencing skills
• Ability to create innovative solutions to complex business problems
• A proven track record in the areas of aligning HR programs with business strategies and applying information technology to HR initiatives
