Pay Rate: $14.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Staff the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and access records.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and building communications from a stationary post; report unusual activity and help to deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Assist with directing visitors, providing information, receiving deliveries, and supporting a professional lobby environment at a commercial real estate location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
