As a Principal, you are responsible for turning complex, ambiguous client challenges into structured systems, workflows, and operating models. You don't just execute within a process—you define it.
You lead workstreams end-to-end, guiding teams to uncover how organizations actually operate, where breakdowns occur, and how to rebuild those systems in smarter, more effective ways.
This role is for someone who combines strong execution with emerging strategic thinking—someone who can move from problem to structure to action with confidence.
