DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION

At the Eastside Specialty Center in Bellevue, our team of UW Medicine specialists is here to provide you with exceptional care in orthopedics, audiology, gastroenterology, cardiology, urology, dermatology and more. With comprehensive onsite support services and free parking, accessing top specialty care in Bellevue is convenient and hassle-free.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging  

• Scheduling provider and ancillary service appointments

• Obtaining patient demographic, financial, and clinical information

• Partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery

• Other duties as requested

REQUIREMENTS

• High school graduation or equivalent AND

• One year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience

• OR

• An equivalent combination of education/experience

• Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license, certification, and/or registration

$21.82 hourly
