What you’ll do

You’ll take ownership of work that gives us our competitive edge, including:

• Support the implementation of the annual Betway Casino brand communication strategy across multiple African markets.
• Coordinate with in-country marketing teams to execute local campaigns effectively and in line with brand standards.
• Assist in developing and delivering campaign assets across digital, social media and traditional marketing channels.
• Manage weekly status meetings with market teams to ensure campaign milestones and deadlines are achieved.
• Support the planning, scheduling and administration of regional media buying activities for casino campaigns.
• Develop and coordinate casino-related content, including new game launches, product updates and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and compile post-campaign reports and insights to support decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement through social media, digital marketing and other consumer-facing platforms.
• Assist with sponsorship, ambassador and influencer activations to maximise campaign reach and effectiveness.
• Support budget planning, expense tracking and forecasting activities across regional and local marketing initiatives.
• Ensure marketing expenditure is accurately reported, aligned to budget and correctly reflected across different currencies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and effective campaign delivery across all marketing functions.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with confidence working with marketing performance data.
• A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively across cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns across digital, social media or brand marketing channels.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects without dropping the ball
   

Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve

It would be great if you also have some of the following skills:

• Previous experience within the online gaming, sports betting or casino industry.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management and paid media channels.
• Experience coordinating sponsorship, influencer or ambassador campaigns.
• Understanding of marketing budget management and financial reporting processes.
• Experience working across multiple markets or regions within Africa.
• Familiarity with campaign reporting tools and marketing analytics platforms.
