Commercial Finance Analyst

1. CCO Management (OE & Domestic AFM)

• Own the Customer Commercial Offer (CCO) review process for OE and Domestic AFM customers, ensuring financial compliance and profitability validation.
• Evaluate pricing, rebates, customer programs, and commercial agreements to support sustainable and profitable growth.
• Perform customer, product, and channel profitability analysis to identify margin improvement opportunities.
• Generate commercial insights from promotional programs and market activities providing recommendations to Sales and Management.
• Support strategic pricing decisions through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case development.
• Ensure alignment of commercial decisions with corporate financial objectives and internal control requirements.
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to provide financial guidance and support key commercial decisions.

2. SG&A Planning & Forecasting

• Coordinate annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes for SG&A costs across APAC entities.
• Monitor SG&A performance against budget and forecast; perform variance analysis and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Partner with department heads (Sales, Marketing, HR, etc.) to ensure accuracy and accountability in SG&A spend.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support strategic resource allocation.

3. Commercial Finance month-end closing

• Coordinate monthly closing activities for the Commercial Finance function across relevant entities.
• Coordinate with Shared service, FP&A, and Country Finance teams to ensure timely and accurate closing.
• Provide closing calendar leadership, review deliverables, and ensure data consistency across countries.

4. Financial Reporting & BI Tools

• Maintain and enhance Commercial Finance reporting tools (e.g., Power BI dashboards, SAP reports).
• Automate manual reporting processes and improve data quality and timeliness.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven experience with analyzing process (finance and operations), identifying deficiencies, and implementing process improvement and standardization
• Excellence in financial skills, understanding of month-end closing activities.
• Strong knowledge of US- GAAP / K-GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Ability to take ownership of ambiguous situations
• Proficiency in QAD, OneStream, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English
• Experience with POWER BI, WEBI or automation tools preferred
• Sarbanes-Oxley experience a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance a plus
• 3 to 7 years of increasing responsibilities in multi-division and fast paced environment, preferred in manufacturing
