This Change Management Intern role is an opportunity to contribute to the continued scaling of change management practices across Canada and US Retirement. The incumbent will help deliver practical tools, templates, insights, and reporting that improve consistency and efficiency across the change lifecycle. This opportunity will provide hands-on experience in change enablement, stakeholder engagement, process improvement, reporting, and executive storytelling within a collaborative, cross-functional environment. The experience will culminate with outcomes summarized in an executive-ready capstone deliverable.
Position Responsibilities:
• Support the design and delivery of a repeatable, end-to-end change management toolkit, including lifecycle views, artifact mapping, change summary templates, and usage guidance.
• Build or enhance standardized change management artifacts that include clear purpose, ownership, accountabilities, definition-of-done criteria, and practical instructions for use.
• Partner with change management stakeholders across Canada and the US through working sessions, feedback cycles, and co-development activities to ensure outputs are relevant and usable.
• Improve SharePoint structure, navigation, and content usability to make change management resources easier to find, understand, and apply.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve consistency, or streamline change management workflows through process improvements or automation where appropriate.
• Prepare change artifacts in the change lifecycle such as the change summary, stakeholder impact assessment and other presentation materials
Required Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in business, communications, organizational change, human resources, project management, technology, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate information into clear, practical, audience-focused materials.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables, working sessions, and feedback inputs.
• Comfort working with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
• Demonstrated interest in change management, communications, process improvement, reporting, or stakeholder engagement.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience creating presentations, templates, dashboards, process documentation, or knowledge management materials.
• Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, Copilot or other reporting, collaboration, and AI tools.
• Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative information into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-ready summaries.
• Comfort working in a collaborative team environment with stakeholders across multiple functions or geographies.
• Curiosity, initiative, and a continuous improvement mindset, with a willingness to test ideas, incorporate feedback, and refine outputs.

Salary range is expected to be between:
$35,100.00 CAD - $60,450 CAD
The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. The annual salary will be pro-rated based on the length of the work-term.
