Job Summary
We are looking for a Buyer (Services) to support procurement, vendor engagement, sourcing and post-award activities for assigned scopes within Oil & Gas/EPCIC projects or operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage purchase requisitions and clarify business/technical requirements.
- Identify and coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
- Prepare and manage RFQs/tender invitations and support bid evaluations.
- Assist with PO and contract administration, expediting and delivery coordination.
- Monitor vendor performance, quality and delivery.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, governance and QHSE requirements.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and support process improvements.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in procurement, subcontracting or supply chain, preferably in Oil & Gas/EPCIC projects or operations.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration or related field.
- Knowledge of SAP MM, basic contract terms, Incoterms and procurement processes.
- Experience in sourcing, vendor coordination and basic contract administration.
- CIPS/ISM certification is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with BIMCO or equivalent contract forms is an advantage.
