In this role, you will be working as a Project Architect for a client that works in the construction industry. This position will be responsible for project management, construction administration and design reviews on restoration projects.
This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be work on-site.
Pay; 85,000-110,000/Yr.
- Bachelors degree in Architecture
- 5+ years of experience in a project architect/job captain role
- RA preferred
- Revit experience - able to review drawings and make revisions if needed.
- Knowledge of concrete and steel restoration projects preferred
- Experience with commercial and industrial projects - structural experience preferred
- Responsible for coming up with initial designs, putting together construction documents and assisting in construction administration
