Job Description

As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling premium real estate investment opportunities to qualified clients. You will build long-term relationships, understand clients' investment objectives, and guide them through the sales process while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities through company-generated and self-generated leads.
• Present and promote the company's real estate investment portfolio to prospective clients.
• Conduct property presentations, consultations, and negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM systems.
• Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and company products.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from enquiry to completion.
• Represent The First Group with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.

• A history of Sales experience is vital
• Highly self-motivated, career orientated team players with an energetic and enthusiastic approach to their work
