What You’ll Do:

• Secure financing for customers and present protection products with confidence, clarity, and compliance.
• Drive profitability through effective selling of extended service contracts, GAP, and other high-value products.
• Partner with the General Manager and Sales team to deliver a seamless, 5-star purchase and delivery experience.
• Build rapport and trust with every customer — earning repeat business and referrals.
• Communicate with lenders to secure competitive terms.
• Ensure accurate and timely closings on all deals while keeping CSI sky-high.

What We’re Looking For:

• A motivated, coachable professional with a strong work ethic and a passion for customer service.
• Experience in sales or finance (RV/automotive preferred — but we’ll train the right attitude).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communicator with a professional appearance and strong closing skills.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
