Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Logistics Administrator Trainee (Saudi National) to join our team!

In this role, you will support the Logistics Department with day-to-day administrative and coordination activities while gaining practical experience in project logistics and operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist with logistics coordination, deliveries, shipments, and transportation activities.
• Maintain logistics records, reports, schedules, and documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, transporters, and internal teams.
• Track deliveries and follow up on pending or delayed shipments.
• Support data entry and reporting using Microsoft Office and company systems.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Perform other logistics and administrative duties as required.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• English skills speaking and writing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring:

• Basic knowledge of logistics, supply chain, or transportation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
