Description
Our client is a sixth-generation, family-owned Australian beef company recognized globally for its commitment to quality, integrity, and premium grass-fed beef. Following continued growth in North America, they are seeking a hands-on Director of Finance to join their U.S. leadership team. This is a hybrid role in Boulder, Colorado.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this is an exceptional opportunity for a finance leader who enjoys building, influencing, and partnering with the business. You'll oversee the U.S. finance function while serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, helping guide financial strategy, improve operational performance, and build the financial infrastructure needed to support the company's continued expansion.
What You'll Lead
- Lead the U.S. finance function, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
- Partner with the CEO to provide financial insight that drives strategic and commercial decisions.
- Oversee inventory, cost accounting, and financial controls across manufacturing and import operations.
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and financial models that improve visibility and business performance.
- Lead and develop a lean finance team while driving continuous improvement across systems and processes.
