Position Summary
The OSM Project Coordinator serves as the central communication and coordination hub between customers, engineering, project management, procurement, production, quality, logistics, and field operations for EZARC's Off-Site Modularization (OSM) business unit. This position ensures projects move efficiently from customer award through engineering, fabrication, assembly, shipment, and installation while maintaining exceptional customer service, schedule adherence, and operational excellence.
The Project Coordinator is responsible for monitoring project milestones, coordinating internal resources, tracking deliverables, maintaining project documentation, managing customer communications, and proactively identifying and resolving issues that could impact cost, quality, or schedule.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate OSM projects from contract award through engineering, fabrication, shipment, installation, and project closeout.
- Maintain project schedules, milestones, action items, and documentation to ensure projects remain on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments, including Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Quality, Logistics, and Field Operations.
- Coordinate engineering drawing releases, revisions, RFIs, submittals, and change orders to ensure production is working from current documentation.
- Monitor procurement, material availability, and production progress while proactively identifying and resolving schedule, resource, or material issues.
- Coordinate quality inspections, customer visits, project documentation, packaging, shipping, deliveries, and installation schedules to support successful project execution.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project records, including schedules, meeting minutes, drawing logs, procurement status, inspection reports, shipping documentation, and project closeout packages.
- Assist Project Managers with planning, reporting, customer communications, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of EZARC's Off-Site Modularization operations.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering Technology, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in project coordination, manufacturing, construction, structural steel fabrication, industrial construction, or off-site modular construction.
- Experience supporting semiconductor or advanced manufacturing construction projects
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Knowledge of structural steel fabrication and modular construction.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and construction document management.

Physical Requirements
- Primarily field office-based with regular visits to the project.
- Daily walk throughout the project.
- Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
- Sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
- Wear required PPE when entering production areas.
Work Environment
This position is based at EZARC's Boise, ID project site, and divides time between an office environment and an construction site. Frequent interaction with engineering, production, quality, logistics, customers, and vendors is required. PPE must be worn when entering production areas.
