## About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Digital Marketing team in Budapest, supporting the German Partner Markets. In this role, you will design, develop, maintain, optimise and enhance customer-facing digital platforms and web applications that directly impact customer journeys, conversion funnels and digital experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure and high-performing solutions while contributing to continuous digital innovation and optimisation.

## What you’ll do

• Design and assess technical solutions to support seamless customer journeys and high-quality digital experiences.
• Develop clean, maintainable and efficient code for scalable customer-facing applications and platforms.
• Maintain and support digital applications, delivering fixes and improvements that minimise customer impact and ensure service continuity.
• Apply modern engineering standards and best practices covering performance, accessibility, security and usability.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, QA and CVM teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences and optimise customer journeys.
• Contribute to architecture discussions, digital roadmaps and platform scalability initiatives.
• Support production systems, diagnose complex issues and contribute to operational excellence across digital platforms.

## Who you are

• You have 7+ years of experience in full stack application design and development using open-source technologies.
• You are highly proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS and Node.js.
• You possess strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• You have hands-on expertise with CI/CD pipelines and modern engineering practices.
• You are experienced in API-driven architectures, microservices and cloud-native development approaches.
• You have experience with Unit Testing, UI Testing and End-to-End Testing methodologies.
• You understand backend security principles and API development best practices.
• You have exposure to digital analytics tools such as GA4 or Adobe Analytics, tag management and A/B testing.
• You understand SEO, accessibility standards and web performance optimisation.
• You have experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• You demonstrate strong stakeholder management, collaboration and communication skills.
• You hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
