The mission of the Organizational & Talent Development Department is to grow our people to grow our business.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Organizational & Talent Development team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for shaping and advancing Aritzia’s Retail Onboarding & Talent Development strategy. As the Senior Manager/Manager, Retail Talent Development, you will support with identifying Retail onboarding and development needs, translating business priorities into a clear program strategy and roadmap, and the end-to-end approach for Retail employee programming. You will drive cross-functional alignment to ensure programs are designed, built, and deployed effectively, creating consistent, impactful experience for Retail employees. You will establish measures of success, monitor program effectiveness and impact, and continuously evolve the approach to accelerate employee readiness, strengthen capability, and build a high-performing internal talent pipeline that supports the growth of our Retail business, with a focus on onboarding as a key program priority.

THE ROLE

As the Senior Manager/Manager, Retail Talent Development, you will lead the team to:

• Partner with Retail leaders to anticipate talent needs and shape talent planning and succession strategies that ensure leadership continuity and future pipeline strength. 

• Support the Retail employee onboarding and development strategy—defining the roadmap, building programs, and ensuring consistent, impactful experiences. 

• Design and shape onboarding experiences that accelerate Retail employee integration, role clarity, and time-to-impact across culture, business, and leadership expectations, continuously evolving based on insights and feedback. 

• Build and evolve Retail employee development programs, aligned to business priorities and capability gaps. 

• Partner with the Learning team to define and evolve best-in-class, business-driven Retail learning that supports the achievement of our strategic goals. 

• Establish clear measures of success and continuously evolve programs based on impact. 

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Manager/Manager, Retail Talent Development has:

• Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in onboarding & talent development programs.
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.

The range for roles at this level is $100,000-$300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
