Opportunity Overview:
Cohere’s Provider & User Management team is responsible for ensuring that provider organizations are supported throughout their lifecycle of using the platform. This role will play a critical part in enabling successful onboarding across our client base by capturing, analyzing, and translating real-world workflows into actionable insights for downstream teams.
The Business Analyst role is an entry-level position focused on pre-implementation readiness. This individual will support client onboarding by conducting workflow shadowing, time studies, and documentation of current-state processes within provider organizations and health plans.
As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams at Cohere to deeply understand our mission and the providers and health plans engaging with our products and services. You will gain exposure to client user perspectives—including clinical reviewers (e.g., RNs, LPNs) and operational teams—and the workflows they operate within.
You will leverage this knowledge to document and synthesize insights that inform Client User Training, Provider Training, Product, and Provider Success Account Management teams. Your work will directly impact how Cohere prepares providers and clients for implementation and scales best practices across the organization.
The Business Analyst will be highly organized, curious, and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to observe, document, and communicate workflows in a way that drives clarity and action.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure findings are incorporated into onboarding, training, and implementation strategies
- Support activation readiness by identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities prior to go-live
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into reports, summaries, and presentations
- Maintain organized documentation of client workflows and insights for reuse and scalability
- Develop a foundational understanding of Cohere’s products, workflows, and client use cases
- Continuously gather feedback and refine documentation approaches to improve clarity and usability
