Job Summary

The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing high-quality creative assets that support marketing campaigns, corporate communications, digital experiences, and branded events. This role collaborates closely with creative leaders, marketers, project managers, and business stakeholders to bring strategic concepts to life across a variety of channels.

The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with creative problem-solving, attention to detail, and an understanding of branding principles.

Job Description

Duties/Responsibilities

Creative Design & Brand Execution

• Design marketing and communication materials across print, digital, social media, presentation, email, and environmental applications.
• Translate creative direction into polished, production-ready deliverables.
• Maintain consistency across multiple brands, campaigns, and communication channels.
• Prepare final artwork and production files for print, digital, and large-format applications.

Campaign Support

• Collaborate with the broader marketing team on integrated campaigns.
• Contribute to concept development, mood boards, and visual exploration.
• Adapt campaign creative across multiple formats and platforms while maintaining design integrity.
• Incorporate feedback effectively and manage multiple revisions within project timelines.

Event Branding & Experiential Design

• Assist in developing visual identities and graphic systems for conferences, meetings, and corporate events.
• Design event-related assets including signage, stage graphics, presentations, wayfinding, attendee materials, digital screens, promotional items, and environmental branding.
• Help ensure a consistent visual experience across all attendee touchpoints.
• Support creative planning and execution for event activations, sponsorship experiences, and branded environments.
• Participate in creative reviews and production planning for event deliverables.

Collaboration & Process

• Partner with project managers, account managers, copywriters, and creative leaders throughout the design process.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Stay current on design trends, production techniques, and emerging creative technologies.
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture focused on innovation, continuous improvement, and creative excellence.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-5 years of professional design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency across print and digital design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred

• Familiarity with presentation design in PowerPoint.
• Experience with Figma and Canva.
• Experience supporting conferences, trade shows, meetings, or experiential marketing initiatives. (environmental graphics, signage systems, and event collateral.)
• Experience working within multi-brand or highly regulated industries.
