Shipping Coordinator

## What you’ll do:

• Manage import and export shipments in compliance with Eaton safety standards and legal requirements.

• Maintain transit and shipping registers; provide daily shipment updates and record air/sea freight data for reporting and analysis.

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers and transport providers to ensure timely delivery, customs compliance and documentation completion.

• Monitor customs entries, tariff classifications, duty payments and FTA eligibility.

• Liaise with Accounts Payable on supplier invoices, freight invoice processing, approvals and monthly accruals.

• Manage receipting discrepancies and maintain shipment documentation records.

• Coordinate with the warehouse on container deliveries, shipment records and under/over supply tracking.

• Manage container delivery schedules and export shipments, including bookings, shipping documentation, labels and customs clearance.

• Maintain Oracle master data and inventory transactions, including item creation, stock adjustments, location changes and RMA processing.

• Liaise with APAC HQ and SCM to optimise freight costs, resolve shipment issues and support DIFOT performance.

• Support inventory control, stocktake and cycle counting activities to maintain inventory accuracy.

• Review freight services and charges to ensure cost-effective and efficient logistics solutions.

• Complete weekly and monthly reconciliation of pick tickets and sales orders.

## Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ experience in Shipping management
• Certificate IV in Business Administration or similar
• Strong understanding of international shipping procedures
• Competent with Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Proficiency with Oracle, SAP or similar ERP system
• Display excellent interpersonal communication skills, customer focus attitude ,self-motivation and a “Can Do” attitude are essential attributes
