We are currently looking for an EHS Coordinator, with an Environmental background to join our WA business and help drive this culture of safety and sustainability on an ongoing project in Perth.
This role will see you work with the project team to lead safety and environmental management on site. You will be responsible for leading environmental reporting processes, providing technical insight to identify issues and trends, monitoring compliance of staff and subcontractors with Lendlease EHS protocols and implementing safety and training initiatives to improve our safety performance.
About You:
Minimum Cert IV qualification in WHS or qualification in Environmental Science, Engineering or related.
Prior experience in an Environmental Coordinator, or Safety Coordinator/Advisor or EHS related position, from within the construction industry.
Familiarity with environmental regulations, site audits, and compliance reporting.
Ability to identify and mitigate environmental and safety risks.
Experience working on site on a commercial and/or residential construction project will be highly regarded.
An understanding and knowledge of local legal and regulatory health and safety requirements.
Knowledge of safe working systems, legislation, rules, and procedures.
Clear and articulate communication skills coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally.
