We are seeking a creative, strategic, and hands-on Marketing professional to champion our brands, engage our communities, and drive growth across all our unique concepts. 

The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for creating content, managing our social media channels, and supporting marketing efforts across all our brands. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys photography, video, writing, and being out in the field capturing the personality of our restaurants and venues. You'll work closely with ownership and our management teams to help keep our brands active, engaging, and visually inspiring. 

Requirements

 Key Responsibilities 

• Capture photos and videos at all our locations for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social platforms.  
• Plan, create, and schedule social media posts and stories.  
• Write engaging captions that reflect each brand's unique personality.  
• Respond to comments, messages, and online reviews in a timely and professional manner.  
• Assist with promoting events, live music, seasonal menus, and special promotions.  
• Create simple marketing materials such as flyers, digital graphics, table tents, and signage using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.  
• Update website content, menus, hours, and event information as needed.  
• Help maintain accurate information across Google Business Profiles and other online listings.  
• Track basic social media performance and share monthly insights and recommendations.  
• Stay current on social media trends and bring fresh ideas to the team. 

Requirements 

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, marketing, communications, or content creation.  
• Experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and social media scheduling platforms.  
• Comfortable taking and editing photos and short-form videos on a smartphone.  
• Working knowledge of Canva; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.  
• Strong writing and communication skills.  
• Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple brands and projects.  
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between our San Antonio locations. 
• Physical Requirements - Ability to walk properties 
• Success in this role will be measured through growth in guest engagement, social media reach, private event inquiries, website traffic, online reputation scores, and revenue generated from marketing initiatives.
