About the Role
As a Working Student in Supplier Resiliency, you will support the Supplier Resiliency Team in strengthening supply chain stability and sustainability. You will work with internal stakeholders and suppliers to collect, analyze, and monitor data, contribute to risk management activities, and support continuous improvements in processes, data structures, and systems.
What You Will Do
- Support the Supplier Resiliency Team in day-to-day operational and strategic activities
- Prepare reports and perform master data analysis and evaluations
- Collect, validate, and maintain supplier-related data
- Monitor supplier-related events and identify potential risks or disruptions
- Track and follow up on action plans with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Support enhancements of data structures and contribute to system roll-out activities
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and management updates
What You Need to Be Successful
- Strong interest in supplier risk management, supply chain resiliency, and sustainability topics
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-confident and proactive working style
- Ability and motivation to manage tasks independently
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation creation
- Strong analytical skills and interest in working with data and AI tools
- Technical or Engineering background is beneficial
