Description
Position: Senior Operations Assistant
We are looking for someone to assist in managing the sales center in Jamaica. This person will oversee a team of seven across areas such as Cashiering, Customer Service, and Warehouse (Dispatch). Our expectation is to find someone with strong problem-solving and communication skills at all levels of the organization (reporting directly to the Dominican Republic and the Region).
Preferably, we are seeking a candidate from a business similar to Herbalife (e.g., Amway, Omnilife, Avon, Tupperware, Nature’s Sunshine, doTERRA, or other similar multi-level marketing companies).
Profile:
- Advanced studies or a degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in roles involving team management, customer service indicators, and inventory management.
- A plus if the candidate has basic knowledge of inventory and dispatch.
- A plus if the candidate has knowledge of imports (customs).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
