Group Description:
The Global Fund Administration department is responsible for the oversight of approximately 600 pooled vehicles domiciled in the US, Luxembourg, Cayman Islands, as well as other global locations. The team oversees day-to-day Net Asset Value calculation and regulatory/client reporting requirements on a product-by-product basis.
Specific Responsibilities:
· Review annual, semi-annual, and quarterly reports, as well as tailored shareholder reports (TSR)
· Incorporate comments on all financial reports from all parties (GFA Fund Accounting, Auditors, Legal, etc.)
· Communicate changes in GAAP rules for financial statement presentation to operating groups and accounting agents
· Provide information on notes to financial statements (e.g., 12b-1 expenditures, sales load, T/A expense offset arrangement)
· Review reports to shareholders for style, consistency, and accuracy
· Work with banks, printers, and attorneys on S.E.C. N-CSR, N-30D, and 485B filings
· Prepare and update yearly schedules for shareholder reports
· Prepare calendars for banks, auditors, and fund accounting for report preparation and review
· Maintain Financial Reporting checklists and bank accuracy sheets
· Keep management informed of any problems on assigned funds
· Liaise with vendors and internal teams in preparation of shareholder and regulatory reports

The vast line of products within GFA provides exposure and experience not typically seen within a fund complex. The role requires analytical thinking in support of the reporting process.
Qualifications, Experience, Education:
· Minimum 3–5+ years of experience in the mutual fund or finance industry
· 4-year degree in a business field (preferably accounting or finance)
· Proficient knowledge of mutual fund accounting
· Knowledge of SEC regulations, financial reporting, and spreadsheets
· Knowledge of various GAAP reporting (U.S., International, Lux GAAP) is a plus
· Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Special Knowledge (if applicable):
· Knowledge of various reporting requirements (RIC, Lux, Partnership, etc.), financial reporting experience, and alternative product knowledge is a plus
· Process management/improvement experience preferred
· Knowledge and understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is preferred
