$20.00–$24.00/hour (based on education and experience)

40 hours/week | Monday-Friday

As a Housing Program Coordinator, you'll combine direct client services with property management and program administration, helping individuals and families maintain stable housing while overseeing the day-to-day operations of our housing programs.

What You'll Do

• Provide housing-focused case management services and develop individualized housing plans.
• Assist clients in locating, obtaining, and maintaining safe, affordable housing.
• Conduct client intakes, assessments, and ongoing support.
• Serve as the landlord for agency-owned and leased properties, including tenant communication, inspections, lease documentation, and move-in/move-out processes.
• Complete regular property visits to ensure housing standards and address maintenance concerns.
• Coordinate with landlords, housing authorities, courts, contractors, and community partners.
• Maintain accurate documentation in HMIS and other required systems.
• Complete grant-related documentation, data entry, spreadsheet tracking, and reporting.
• Monitor program compliance and maintain organized client and housing records.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with agency staff to ensure quality services.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in housing services, case management, property management, social services, or a related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently.
• Commitment to client advocacy and ethical practice.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field.
• Experience with housing programs, affordable housing, property management, or grant-funded services.
• Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness, housing instability, mental health, or substance use concerns.

Also Considered

• Associate degree with relevant experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with significant related experience.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and active auto insurance.
• Ability to travel locally throughout the community.
• Successful completion of a background check, driving record check, and drug screening.
