We need a House Manager who’s passionate about helping people with a range of complex mental health needs to join our team at The Sycamores.
You will be joining our team on a full time, 40hrs per week basis.

Cygnet The Sycamores:
15 The Sycamores is a three bed community rehabilitation (level 1) residential service for men that have been able to progress through the hospital pathway at rehabilitation and recovery hospitals.
Your Day-to-Day…
- Provide strong & effective leadership
- Be responsible for the overall running & strategic direction of the service
- Ensure full compliance with Cygnet policies & procedures, CQC & other relevant regulators
- Deliver a high-quality service, in respect of both patient care & employee engagement
- Ensure all clinical, budgetary, regulatory & service development targets are met
- Implement risk assessment, risk management & embed clinical governance
- Lead on appropriate investigations as required
- Review & develop potential opportunities for improved quality & commercial growth.
You are…
- Experienced in managing & leading a team
- An RMN with a current Pin Number & at least 3 years’ experience in mental health
- A role model & team player who can lead by example, inspire & develop others
- Capable of managing performance effectively & using your own initiative
- Experienced in working to CQC guidelines, relevant legislation & professional regulations
- Able to undertake investigations & to manage complaints confidently & appropriately.
