# Purpose

This Project Manager will serve as a high-impact intermediate-level professional supporting strategic initiatives, cross-functional project leadership, and sales execution activities within the Commercial Organization. • Independently manages assigned projects, strategic initiatives, and workstreams with limited day-to-day supervision.

# What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, Operations, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Typically 2–5 years of experience in project management, program management, strategy execution, consulting, sales operations, business operations, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated success coordinating cross-functional projects and managing stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment in prioritizing work and resolving issues.
• Strong intellectual curiosity, organizational skills, communication skills, analytical thinking, ownership, adaptability, and growth mindset.

The base pay range for this role is $75,400 to $109,350 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
