What This Role Is All About
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to support critical supply chain operations across order management, claims processing, inventory tracking, returns management, reporting, and vendor collaboration. This role serves as a key liaison between Supply Chain, Operations, Warehouse teams, Customer Care, Fraud Prevention, and external partners to ensure timely and accurate execution of supply chain activities.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with excellent communication skills and a passion for process improvement. You will play a vital role in maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring data integrity, resolving exceptions, and supporting business performance through data-driven decision making.
Your Key Areas of Focus
- Serve as a primary point of coordination between Supply Chain, Operations, Warehouse teams, Customer Care, Fraud teams, and external partners.
- Manage order processing activities, including repair orders, auction orders, and shipment-related transactions.
- Monitor and resolve order exceptions, address updates, cancellations, and EDI re-processing requirements.
- Analyze operational data to identify root causes of order and claims processing issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Support Return Material Authorization (RMA) activities, ensuring proper validation and receipt confirmation.
- Create, maintain, and manage item master data and part numbers across multiple systems.
- Generate purchase orders and support procurement activities within enterprise platforms.
- Track operational KPIs and performance metrics to ensure service-level commitments are achieved.
- Prepare and distribute reports that provide visibility into operational performance and process effectiveness.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve supply chain exceptions and processing issues.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems and reporting platforms.
- Support ongoing process improvements by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk.
- Maintain appropriate documentation and adhere to company policies, compliance requirements, and confidentiality standards.
- Perform additional related duties as required.
Qualifications for Success
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience supporting supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, or order fulfillment processes.
- Experience working with enterprise systems and reporting tools preferred.
